Southeastern Land Company, Inc. (SLC) was formed in 1996 and is owned by William F. Saunders, Jr. SLC is an easement acquisition and project management firm specializing in obtaining rights-of-way and easements for utilities, municipal, county and state governments, as well as the telecommunication and cable industry.
We offer a highly trained professional staff consisting of 62 full-time employees, licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina. SLC also provides complete project management, including cost studies, fee simple acquisition, survey, title abstraction, appraisal and expert witness testimony.
Since 1986, Mr. Saunders has managed easement acquisition offices for Alpha Land Acquisition and Service Resources Corporation in South Carolina and has been responsible for the successful easement acquisition completion and/or management, on or before schedule, of various projects for clients including:
